Almost certainly the older version. The newer version is called the RG35XX "Plus", and is sold as a separate SKU, not as a revision of the OG.

Looks to be the original 2023 model w/ the ARM Cortex-A9 based ATM7039S chipset and 256MB of DDR3 RAM (matching Anbernic's specs [anbernic.com] listed for the original).

The 2024 model (the " New RG35XX [anbernic.com] ") has 1GB of DDR4 RAM and the ARM Cortex-A53 based Allwinner H700 chipset; the same one found in the RG35XX Plus, RG35XX H, RG28XX, RG35XXSP, and RG40XX H.
