Not saying that it wouldn't, because I think that would have to depend on the health of your hair and scalp. But I have used this brand for over twenty years, and my hair doesn't fall out any more or less using this hair dye.
$7.14 + tax came to $7.57 for me. Good deal, since I can't find that low of a price at any stores where I live.
