Amazon has the Skylight Large Diaphragm Condenser [amazon.com] mic on 75% sale for $50 (normally $200).

I bought this back in 2021 and use it daily. I often get compliments on how good my audio sounds.

It's good enough to record vocals/instruments with, though I haven't used it for that purpose yet.
