I've read you shouldn't get supplements that aren't third party tested. The FDA doesn't inspect supplements to ensure quality and safety. So they tend to have more problems than real food. It's not worth it to save a few bucks if there is a risk of heavy metals or other contaminants.

I use it. I was told creatine is creatine and this is what they had at Walmart. For this price I'd get one. I tried 6 stars other version too that is evidently supposed to give more gains, but I couldn't tell a difference. I've used "sports research" brand before and this is comparable if you ask me.

On a side note, 6 stars fruit loop whey protien is the best tasting protien I've found to date.

ends up being a few cents cheaper per ounce than the horbaach I normally buy:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BSXR71QC

(65 cents per ounce vs 68 cents per ounce)

and with a higher rating, albeit with less reviews. I don't need more right now, but I'll grab some anyway. good S&S filler. thumbs up, thanks!

This is what I use. Its my first go with creatine. Does this mix poorer than other types you have tried?

Creatine is creatine like others have said. Miscibility is an important factor when considering brands -- most don't mix well.

sorry, I am not the best person to ask. I'm not a stickler. my process, is that I pour, like, one ounce of warm water into a cup, put 5g of creatine in, mix with a handheld milk frother wand for 10-15 seconds, then quickly drink it while it's still swirling around. creatine is pretty inoffensive tasting, imo. at worst, I just have my normal drink nearby if I need to chase it away with something.

I used to put a little splash of sugar free syrup in, or something along the lines of mio water flavor, but stopped wasting time with that.

This is true. However, this is sold in stores at Walmart and has a number of pretty credible reviews online. Everything is buy at your own risk these days, I'd say your safe with these guys (no expert). I'd be more concerned about protien blends, creatine is pretty straight forward.

$6.91 for 10.58oz. , the Horbaach is $23.99 for 35.2oz and is purity tested. 3 of the OPs is only 31.74oz. and cost $20.73. For the slight different in price I'd go with the tested one with more reviews.

C4 is a pre workout that contains a small amount of creatine in addition to several other ingredients.
This is pure creatine at a higher (though for most people normal) dose.

Totally agree. One question: how do we know that the tester is reliable? They could be bribed, or sent only good sample (not representative of actual product sold to customer), etc.

This has zero flavor. Easy to take dry and wash down with water.
