It's ok, not a great deal. You can get the 2TB ADATA w/ heatsink [amazon.com] for $130 on Amazon right now.

i recommend to wait for a couple more months if its not something he needs right now. weeks leading up to black friday usually has the best prices for 2tb nvme. example, last year the 2tb gen4 drives were going for $60. it may not get that low, but at least close to that price.
