Still overpriced but it's how apple usually is. Glad to see finally a MacBook air deal that has more than 8gb memory lol
Available on Amazon for the same price, but I believe with Costco you get extended warranty included.

Agree with this, I've been following M2 and M3 Macbook Air deals for a while and except for the rare YMMV deal (e.g. Microcenter price matching), a $250 discount vs the more common $200 discount is the best deal most of us can reasonably get.

I think I recall the best deal on the M2 Macbook Air was $1200 for equivalent configuration (16GB/512GB) and this was AFTER the M3 was released. It probably makes sense to spend the extra $50 bucks and get the newer M3 for marginally better performance, dual external monitor support, and 2 extra GPU cores. The extra year of warranty and generally great customer support from Costco tips this over the edge.

Anyone have an idea when the Air might get a refresh in terms of the look of it?

good to know! Do you have any insight as to if this is a good deal? Im out of touch when it comes to computers, but the family finally wants to upgrade an outdated Macbook Air for fairly frequent and heavy photo editing using Lightroom. Because of that, I've been specifically hunting for a 16GB RAM offering. Hoping this is the one.

I would say anything over $200 discount is a good deal. With this being a $250 off is pretty good. Of course with any electronic product, a new m4 MacBook Air will be introduced so prices will come down but good luck in finding and actually getting one in person….. depending on your luck YMMV

Great insight! We're currently dragging a very old one along so this will feel great I'm sure. Thanks!

Has anyone ordered for in-stock Pickup and not picked it up? I Changed my mind about getting one since money has been tight so was wondering if they will cancel and refund the money after a few days of not picking it up.

Wow! Thanks for this insight! Genuinely exactly what I was hoping to better understand. Marginally better performance with the newer core, extra cores, etc. Not stuff I understand, but that seems to be the general sentiment. Pulling the trigger on this.

The real question is if Costco will retroactively let me upgrade to the "Executive membership" even though I bought this on "gold" level. Cheers!
