I was looking for a PC code, and found one for $10 in that same link. Is this any good for solo players?

It can be played solo but is not designed for that. It will be much more fun with friends. The main thing is that if you go down, then your friends can still save your body when playing with friends. If you don't save the body then you have to go back to rescue the body in another mission.

I agree more fun with a squad. I think when this game first came out I kept trying to play solo and in the process of saving my operators I lost all my operators. Never picked it up again lol

Totally agree! Playing solo is such a torture! I used to play it a lot 7-8 months back. Community was very much active back then. You'd always find 2 more random players to play with within 3-4 mins of matchmaking. Great community! There were few instances, where players showed so much courage going back alone picking up fallen bodies. Hats off!

This was fun but it gets repetitive kinda fast. Theres 12 maps and on each map you get a random set of 3 objectives. There aren't enough varieties of random objectives to keep the game fresh after playing through them a few times.
Well worth the $8 though!!
Like someone else mentioned, there's a free demo you can try, so do that first to see if you like it.

I play solo all the time but the online co-op is what makes this game fun. Rescuing a teammate with 1 HP is a fun challenge. Most of the toxic cod players have left.
