My white bulbs are mostly tp-link bulbs. Are the hue bulbs that much better?

Tp link resets after flipping the switch a few times. For those with kids in the house, that feature is a nuisance. I prefer the hue because they're connected to the hub and reset by inputting the serial number into the app. No trying to figure out how many times to flip the switch to reset the bulb or doing it on accident.

Do you happen to know if there's a way to purhase iPhones with a miliitary discount through any Military Exchanges (physical or online). There's a Navy Exhange near me in California, but I'm not seeing any phones for sale. Thx.

There isn't any way, phone sales are accomplished by independent contractors. Just like the kiosks in Costco.

It looks like they no longer sell iPhones. But if I were you, I would call them and ask, as they still carry other Apple products. Smilie
