I don't mind if it's the 2019 (we're still using 2013 and 2016 in some departments).
I paid, received my "voucher" which was then redeemed on Microsoft's site.
This got me an actual Product Key, which I've linked to my Microsoft account.
I'm installing the software now and hopefully the activation is effortless.
