I use noise cancellation all the time with my Apple AirPods Pro ... mowing the yard, riding in an airplane, walking next to a busy street while listening to a podcast.
It is so nice to be able to block out the background noise to avoid having to turn the volume way up and destroy your ears.

I must be the only person left on this planet who doesn't need noise cancelled.

Noise cancellation technically isn't needed if the ear tip has a good seal with your ears. I use wired JBL earbuds on a plane and don't need noise cancellation. The reviews for these Yamaha's state it has great clarity and a 20hz low response due to the driver size which is great. The app also has adjustable EQ. But it has gotten not the greatest reviews due to price and weak noise cancellation. Now at this SD price, it's worth a look. I got a pair of Bose Quiet Comforts 2's for $120 a year ago thanks to SD and if they're better than those, I'd say it's worth it

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank yakavelli
But that means they got large drivers that can deliver a good body of music with strong bass and good soundstrage.
Hmmmm do I need another pair of TWS. Anybody who's owned these can chime in?
It would've been great if the TW-E5B model was also deeply discounted. From what I remember reading (a while back), those are really good too.
