Standard home depot hack, either pick up at two different stores and don't pick up the battery, or return the battery separately. Home depot pro rates the discount to each item.

But seriously, I have one and love mine. Keep in mind, this one is mainly for light duty. The "handgun" version, if you will. There is a two-handed "shotgun" version, if you wanna go big, but 'tis not currently on sale, from what I saw (no pun intended that time.)

I canceled the battery order pickup so it should stay that way, never had issues with it.

Yep, works for me, too.

It comes down to the hacks and hack-nots these days. Some people can figure it out, and others can't and just go around thumbing down these threads and comments that support the hack like small children who lose a game.

Newbie here. But where do you get a battery for it? How do you charge the battery? Do you already have the charger and the battery? I do not have those, but need the HACKZALL. Do I need to just go with HACKZALL + free battery, then buy the charger? Or is there a cheaper way of getting those somewhere/somehow else?
