No, this is not a good price at all. Used to seeing 512gb with reader at this price.
The included readers are very fast though.
what reader? you mean the SD adapter? that's just a shell. there isn't anything in the shell other than the wire trace.
and given that this is 100MB/s version, you don't need any special card reader to achieve that speed, that is within the UHS-1 standard. if you want to achieve speed over 100MB/s, i.e. out of UHS1 spec, you will need a special card reader.

Definitely not a good price should be about 15-18 more at 15.00.
PRO Endurance versions are designed for applications that need a lot of write cycles like dashcams that will write a lot of data and then repeatedly overwrite it. They are much more reliable than the cheaper sd cards as a result. If you've ever seen dashcam product listings say they're incompatible with cheap/common sd cards this is why. These cards are nice because they are also pretty high speed. If you are writing a ton of data or just want really good longevity this is the kind of card you want and this price is good for the 256gb version.
