What OP is saying is diff than the new member sign-up offer (free sandwich with $5 purchase for new members, that's always been there)... but I don't see anything about a BOGO in my app and I'm a rewards member.

you get during sign up and being rewards member, It may not be applicable who joins or joined recently. It could be ymmv, but may be emails being sent slowly to all rewards members.

not seeing in my account either. They usually surface the prmo code (BOGO) for these and that code doesn't work. Looks like targeted accounts only

Same here, existing Potbelly Perks member for several years (pre-pandemic), no offers on my app. I also searched my e-mail as well.

Definitely targeted and YMMV.

I just signed up as a new member and under the "Featured" section there was the BOGO offer saying I will get a free Original after my first order. Not the same as what OP is saying, though.

For some reason I can't check out. I added it to the bag with two sandwiches. I go to check out and it takes me back to the menu page. Weird.
