I only played a couple of hours years ago on the Switch but it is similar to a modern GTA 1 (or GTA London). It was amusing but did not hold my attention too long but I do not play many driving games so I might not be the target audience.

It's pretty enjoyable, there's vehicle jumps and time trials, you can rob houses and people, there's also missions to do. Definitely worth a buck. I've been playing it on my Steam Deck and it's a good one for just picking up and playing a couple missions or robbing a house or two. There's little notes and stuff you find when robbing houses that give clues to larger treasures so it is definitely as deep as you want it to be. Haven't done much story yet but it looks like the map gets bigger too so you won't run out of things to do.
