Funny thing is that you can get a ROG Flow X16 and a XG Mobile RTX 4090 on sale for the same price AND it is more portable (lighter) than this laptop by itself AND more powerful as the XG Mobile RTX 4090 goes up to 330W.

When it is on sale. The last time it was on sale was the week of Prime Day. Amazon had the XG Mobile RTX 4090 (new) for $1500. The Flow X16 was going for something like $1200. I ended up buying both and upgraded the RAM to 64GB and added a 4TB NVME to the secondary storage bay for basically the same price as this Strix. If anyone is going to be spending $3K on a gaming laptop, might as well make wise use of the money and go for the best combo possible.

To add to this, OP was the same person that posts the ROG Flow deals, so it is a good idea to follow him. He is awesome when it comes to posting them any time they are available.
