I made this same mistake last time, and bought like 5 of these, after having bought the DIET version of this, thinking LITE was the same, as it had been a few weeks. Never looked at it, and was wondering why I was dragging ass all day long, and feeling horrible - I was plowing down like 4 or five of these things thinking they were diet drinks! Zoinks!

I bought this last time without looking at the sugar and thinking lite meant low sugar. 25 grams of sugar is not lite, and of the 25 grams, 24 are added sugar. Not sure why they add 24 grams of sugar then call it lite, but this is full blown sweet tea with some lemon.

Good Southern Sweet Tea has 40-50g of sugar. So by southern standards, it is "lite".
