I got this in the past on more than one occasion, most recently in 2020-2021. The price is fantastic, but I found the park to be poorly managed in terms of lines and traffic, sometimes taking an hour or more (more than two hours, in one case) just to get from the road into the park. Still worth it if you plan to go multiple times, but most of my visits left me not wanting to return.

I went to hurricane harbor once and it might be one of the worst places I've ever been to. I would literally not go again even if the tickets were free.

They basically tighten the screws on the consumer a little bit more every year. Every year the deal is a little bit worse.

I noticed that too; I was going to renew my diamond pass but it is not listed anymore. They have a pass called prestige but you cannot use it for difference parks in other States unless you buy an all park passport add on which is an extra $350.
Quote from dpecs :
Yep same and they took away the refill cup.
The add-on pass is 350?! no thank you.
And meal passes changed from 3 hours in between to 4 hours in between uses.

Historically, Labor Day has the best prices on passes and then Black Friday. I believe last year I got the (now extinct) Platinum pass for the price of Gold @ $70. Who knows what next year will bring as SF management has been atrocious to put it kindly. Even the passes you are looking at now have already changed as they apparently took away Preferred Parking from Prestige which was there when these first rolled out...
Not sure if Labor Day is gonna be any lower than current sale:
Looking at what I paid last year for Great America Chicago, Labor Day sale, it was $69 for Diamond, and $110 for Platinum.
For this year looks like Gold for $75 (same as Diamond), and Prestige $120 (same as Platinum). So a $6 and $10 increase.
But as other have noted, no Refill Cup ($35 value) included in Prestige, so really a $45 increase!
One meal dining pass is gone (was $79), two meal only option, on sale currently for $99- but, as also mentioned, increase between meals from 3 hours to 4.

I can see the biggest burn is visiting parks in different states now a whole separate charge- more than the pass itself.
I never used it, but I can see families that traveled and did being pissed.

I still plan on purchasing since it is still a good deal- live a half hour away, and family visits Great America and Hurricane Harbor at least once a week during summer, plus a couple times during Fright Fest.
But the minute they take free parking away, I'm out.

The meal pass is only for home location. Using it at other locations is $150 I recall.
Diamond included the refill cup Platinum did not.
Diamond was a higher tier than Platinum.

Also something to call out for 2024 they reduced which meal work for the past.
double burgers and turkey legs for example.

Looks like the gold pass is the way to go now unless you really like the fright fest mazes. No preferred parking or refill cup the Diamond pass gave you.

Ended up getting the Knotts deal and added the $65 all park pass to include six flags. Parking is included as well.

Your right, I accidentally flipped Diamond and Platinum.
Yeah, they already got rid of double burger included for 2024, though, at least at my park, you could still get the turkey leg.

If I buy the dining plan right now, will that work for the rest of 2024 and 2025? Or just for 2025?

If you add it to your season pass it should include next year as well.

Actually northern Cali is $59 for both parks, free parking, and free expres parking.
Last year the same offer, less express parking, was$65.
So cheaper this year and more benefits.

and all six flags parks add-on is only $120

Couldn't agree more season pass holder for 18 straight years ending in 2020-21 because of rhe line management and the line cutters.

5 people holding a place in line for 10 others to come in 1 30min - 60min afterwards.

I love the rides so now with the merger, I'm hoping things turn around

They used to include Six Flags New England under the same Unlimited Access. Either way…if you bought NE, you also got NJ, and vice versa. Do they not do that any more?
Seem like they took away the all park pass out next year.

I used to go there every year as a kid, but now that I have kids we've never bothered to go, especially since Hersheypark is closer for us. It just seems that it gets nothing but bad reviews these days.

We have passes this year and are passing for this deal. This season we were able to go to any park, and we purchased the 2 meal plan. It was upgraded to platinum, it was about $200 per person. Next year less perks and ability to go to all parks, with all park dining would cost us $355.08 a person- no way. And yes, the ability to go to multiple parks is important to us. We have gone to Six Flags Great Escape (our home park), Six Flags New England, and Six Flags Great America so far this season. It's not fair to charge SO much extra and take away so much. Longer times between meals, less skip the line passes, lower tier parking, no drink bottles, lower food and merchandise discounts and taking away multiple parks .....no thank you.

I got the sfga gold pass, I would have gotten platinum if it included the season cup. I am mad that they took away all the single rider lines.

The food plan included 1/2 lb burger, turkey leg and meat platters.

Parking was included in the pass, but posted price was $30
