There's limited risk but Amazon could possibly have you return the item (to China) for a refund. If the shipper is Amazon it's MUCH easier to deal with, but since the seller AND shipper is a 3rd party seller, it's not worth the headache. Even if you receive the item, you never know if it's used, delidded (where the top of the CPU is replaced with another older CPU), etc.
