I regularly close out of this app and watch the games on unspecified streaming websites because the websites work better than the actual NFL app. Let me repeat, I PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION AND THE FREE ONES WORK BETTER. Don't waste your time. NFL Sunday ticket or sail the seven seas, but don't settle for this… even for free it's not worth it.

I agree the TV app sucks on most devices I've used it on, but watched Red Zone and just rebooted after it crashed. Never had any issues on my tablet for the live games. At $50 last year with Red Zone, definitely felt worth the money, but not rushing to grab it for $100.

At least you can sleep at night knowing you're supporting the poor, struggling National Football League. So humble are they. 500 foot jumbotrons.

The NFL and Disneyland always bring out this strange subset of the population that act like a business is supposed to operate like a non-profit. They're supposed to squeeze every dime out of you and return it to their shareholders.

Can you immediately cancel your subscription to prevent billing yet continue with the month free, or is this one of those ones where you lose access to it right away and have to set a calendar reminder instead?

Yep, I paid for this last year and it was infuriating to use. Super slow and clunky and constantly needed to be rebooted because it would just crash or start lagging terribly. Truly awful product put out by a multi-billion dollar corporation.

I really do not want to have to use less than ethical means to watch Red Zone on Sundays, but if my choices are pay $600 for a full Sunday ticket, or suffer this infuriatingly terrible product, I will look for other options.

Are you joking? Can't tell, but the NFL doesn't have "shareholders" per se.

Fully agree.. Though NFL isnt owned by shareholders, just rich team owners (Packers being the exception)

Shareholders lol? You mean handful of owners. And they make tens of billions. They could at least pay to develop a great app. But as long as fanboys like you subscribe screaming "take my money" while applauding their business savy nothing will change.

the app is garbage, and has been since i installed it and paid for it about a year ago. no changes. I didn't pay much, but when i tried to watch the nfl top 100 last month and it wouldn't work after spending a few hours on it, i made sure my credit card was off the renewal. You would think the NFL would do better, not sure why they have chosen to ignore all the issues with this app, while trying to promote this POS service.

While offer lasts. The deal says "limited number of redemptions are available" so this strategy might not work out.
