I've had this for maybe 5 years.

Does not get hot.

Even after a week into a power failure, it did not use up a battery.

If you are doing your brakes or fixing the furnace it is plenty bright.

You can use a 1.7ah battery if you are going to hang it up camping, or a flex-volt battery if you want it tip-proof under a vehicle.

I have this light and haven't touched it in years. The DCL050 is a little more on sale and way more useful

Buy it from Amazon instead… choose the "like new" option for under $25 - same thing, $8 cheaper than Woot

There were only 10 left when I purchased

I remember a lot of people complaining about this being a subpar light and you could find better with half that price

Not impressed with mine: feels very cheap, not dimmable. Not really ideal for task work as it's a relatively narrow beam.

Any advice on getting a 60V 6AH battery, DCB606, at a SD kind of price? I never seem to catch these on sale.

Best bet is check offerup, facebook marketplace, etc. Local sales. Or go for the 9ah with sales and promos

I already have a couple of 9AH batteries.
I have a 60v string trimmer and the wife likes to use it occasionally. But the weight of
the 60v plus the weight of the 9AH battery is almost too heavy for her.
That is why I am looking for the 60v 6AH battery.
Also, I live in small town U.S.A. so finding what you need on marketplace is very hit
or miss.

This is my least used light. I even use my Chinese one more than this. I paid $20 or 25 for it in 2019. It should just be a 12V light.

I brought my dome light. It's also on sale for $143. I bought it for $100 a couple years ago. I don't like it that much because it's too bright for hanging out, but it will light up my bus. The tripod is great for work, but people complain when I use it camping because it's so bright, even on low.

This light has a 4.8 out of 5 star rating with nearly 18,000 reviews on Amazon. The brightness is fine for its intended purpose. The lower brightness will help in battery longevity too. This isn't made as a spotlight. I am in for one.

Good or bad, 3C says this model has been hanging around the $35 range on Amazon for about the past year. Not sure this is a very slick deal, and it's through Woot. I'd at least consider spending the extra $2 or $3 ($36 atm) and buying through Amazon.

Use it primarily for car related checks and brakes etc.. works great for that purpose and lasts a long time while I spend hours attempting DIY repairs..

110 lumens is a joke. Should be at least 500-600 to be usable.
