Nabbed the QM7 65" 2024 for $571 open box excellent at my local best buy just now. Here's to hoping it actually is in excellent condition. I'm subscribed to RTINGS and they are just on the verge of releasing their QM7 review. I'll post some of my thoughts here when they do. What they have so far shows that the 65" has 1,248 zones, while last years QM8 that is supposed to be replacing has 1,080. At the very least, the QM7 should be better than the Q7

Just bought the 75 with 2 year warranty.
I am tired of tv shopping. Hope this is a great panel.
picked this up last time it was on sale. Pretty satisfied with the picture quality. I also have a LG G3 OLED, and I would say this panel is brighter during the daytime especially with dolby vision content.
I watch mostly Netflix, YT and streamed the Olympics with it, and can't say the LG is really better aside from viewing angles.

Can you please use the rtings 4:4:4 chroma test to check if this TV supports 120hz + game mode at 4:4:4 chroma at the same time? That was my hangup on the previous model, the Q7.
Bought a 55 in QM7 today. Quick set up. All consoles calibrated. Picture and sound is great. For $497 you can't beat it.
See above.

I got it about a month ago for $499 and as soon as I turned it on I knew this was an awesome deal, picture is bright and assertive., great sound, the stand is pedestal style, for gaming is wonderful with 144hz and vrr support. There is nothing not to like at this price.
How does this compare to the Hisense U7N? They seem very similar, just bought the Hisense at Costco last week for $100 more but with the 5 year Costco warranty.

In store the U7n and Qm7 are right next to each other. The Hisense has noticeably brighter whiter white lettering on black screen. Everything else moves so fast I can not discern differences.

That could be default calibration from Hisense and TCL. Per Rtings, the precalibration on Hisense has better white balance than TCL, but both TVs can be quickly changed to have the same post calibration quality. Also I haven't tested the TV yet or anything, relying on Rtings to release their review. This was my first TCL TV ever and I must say the remote surprised me. It's backlit and the light activates with motion.
