I am iPhone user and use Apple Pay often. Just wondering if I had android phone, does google pay wallet similar to Apple Pay that I can easily tap on gas pump, target or grocery store?

Android user, and heavy Google Wallet user. Didn't get this offer (unsurprisingly) but did get a similar/less exciting offer to check out with PayPal for $5 back

No minimum. I've seen people say even 5 cents worked.

Anyone know if this will work for Google Fiber payments? Amex doesn't think they are an internet provider since it processes through Google Services.

Is Amex really that worried about the acceptance of its cards? I assume this lets you buy stuff at eBay with Amex, and the timing doesn't seem coincidental that eBay days ago stopped accepting Amex directly.
