'Yes', it will run CS2 but it isnt a gaming oriented laptop and only $250 so expect around 60 FPS and not the hundreds of FPS some people want for CS

The Amex offers are YMMV and you can't really depend on getting specific offers with specific cards. Not sure what decides who gets which offers. But often people with the same cards don't get the same offers.

I have a Amex blue and I got a Dell offer but mine was $50 back after spending $250. But above myemin said they got $100 for $500.
