Ive seen this model was super popular in the past. Has anyone tried one of these with the mop function? I've only ever had a cheaper one with a vacuum.

I have a dream L20 and I love it, bought one for my mom, she loves it too. I'm waiting for them to get cheap enough to put live in my garage just to leave it there.

I bought this model on prime day, upgrading from a different eufy vacuum, and this thing is unbelievably good. Does everything my old vacuum did, but better, and mops very well. The obstacle avoidance is great, the suction is amazing, the options within the app to customize rooms is so useful. I give this thing a solid 10/10, and that's coming from someone who has had a robot vacuum since 2018!

I bought this model through the kickstarter campaign. While the vacuuming is great and other features are nice. The mopping is terrible. Like small little stains that happen will not be taken care of. I just swapped the mop pads and added the specific eufy cleaner. Set my dining room to max clean, double clean, basically any setting to help clean more and I could not remove some stains from our hardwood that were a couple days old. This was after trying to clean them immediately with the vac before changing mop pads and refreshing the water tank with solution.

It also has an issue with uneven vacuuming. We have a hallway with area rugs. Dog hair collects on the side of the rugs. It has a hard time grabbing this hair.

We still use it as a day to day cleaner to help with dog hair but don't expect much from the mopping side of things.

Thank you for sharing that! The old one I use to have was ok with vacuuming, but I had seen a lot of great things out of this model and was curious how something like a 2-in-1 would function

I think it must depend on your floor type. I have LVP and have no swirls or problems with it not being able to clean old messes. I think flooring is definitely a factor. I haven't even been using cleaning solution, just water. Works great.

Got on the prime day sale and I love it. Upgraded from an old samsung and it does a great job mapping, vacuuming and mopping. but like all these it depends a lot on your house, types of floors and all the mess that you have around. Obstacle avoidance is nice, the Samsung kept eating shoe laces and power cords

I recently bought the Dreame L20 Ultra refurbished. It has been fantastic. Exceeded my expectations.

I have the Dreame L20 as well. I love it as well. I dont like how each part has "usages" and the cleaning solution needs to be refilled with a disposable. I would 9/10 would buy it again. (if it wasn't for the disposable cleaning solution refill, i'd 10/10 would recommend it for everyone)

Things to look for, swinging arm capability, cleaning capacity to match floor size, how easy is it to replace parts (disposable cleaning solution/bags), mapping/camera tech, app design, etc. I recommend using YouTube to verify your purchase. Good luck!
