Honor code only I think, but can confirm when completing the process. There's likely a community tennis non-profit near you, they do great work and it's easy enough to donate to them. I won't be using my older racquets again anyways.

What happens if I don't send in my old racket?
You will have 30 days to return your old racket to Wilson. If we do not receive your racket within that time, or if the racket you send does not meet the criteria, you will be charged $50 to your original payment method.

Just place an order but do not see the donation requirement. Is this just for customers from GA and CA? Looks like only these two states have local stores.

It is confusing, The OP is for the Tennis warehouse which is a honor code for the $50. Wilson website also has the $50 off but requires you to return. They also require Graphite bought after 2014

Not a "performance" racquet, but considered a "recreational" racquet. The use of titanium is an indicator.

so Wilson website what's you to mail donation racket back to them but that does not seem to be the case for tennis Wearhouse? I am not 100% sure though. If anyone can confirm that would help greatly.

An excellent racquet at an incredible price. I played with the v1 for two years and recently upgraded to the v2. As a 4.5 player, I find this to be a fantastic choice. It's a "softer" frame so it absorbs shocks well. A good choice if you're a heavy top spinner with a western or semi-western grip and are prone to tennis elbow. I used to experience tennis elbow pain after a few hard hits, but now I don't at all. I use it with Tecnifibre Triax 16G strings. I break strings more often but I'm okay with that. Better the strings than my elbow pain. 😬
