I finally had to file a BBB complaint. The TV was supposed to be picked up on Friday in a 4-hour window. It wasn't, no one called, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at LG with authority to continue moving this along.

I finally had to file a BBB complaint. The TV was supposed to be picked up on Friday in a 4-hour window. It wasn't, no one called, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at LG with authority to continue moving this along.
I finally had to file a BBB complaint. The TV was supposed to be picked up on Friday in a 4-hour window. It wasn't, no one called, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at LG with authority to continue moving this along.
If the driver refuses to wait then I tell them to not even offload it from the truck and the next driver can wait.
I'd they don't want to wait then take it back to the seller as that's too much money on a fragile item to take a chance it's not damaged.
It's harder to return the thing later than when the truck is at your home.

if you want to play it safe go with Bestbuy who typically has hired employees on Geeksquad who go thru background checks and do wall mounting all day/every day. yes you are paying more but trust me they will correctly wall mount the tv and set it up properly.
