I did a Google search and Milwaukee 2833-20 states it is the FUEL version.

That high output battery is almost worth the price alone. Much better than the 5.0 batteries they usually bundle.

Depends on your use case. I personally LOVE the new M12 circular saw. Maybe my favorite tool I own. It's so tiny, fits in the 2 drawer packout and is fantastic for quick one handed cuts and weekend homeowner projects. I'm not in the trades, so I had no use for a bigger bulkier one. Built a little mini deck with it on the side of my house. Cut through 2x8's with zero issues. My brother in law is a contractor though and he himself said for those simpler, quick cuts often times the bigger ones are overkill, so it's kinda nice having something smaller for those things and other little projects. But wait for a sale for sure. Maybe see if Home Depot will price match this one. Can always return it. Also, as I'm typing- the deal is currently out of stock on max tool.

Thank you. I did some research. I'm a DIYer and have a collection of Ryobi & Milwaukee tools. I got the M12 deal with those batteries last week, and after watching a few videos, I think im going to stick with that. The thing I like is how small it is, and will be very nice for those small times I need it.
