test with trial plan if possible. mint signal is abysmal in my area(NorCal bay area) to the point it's unusable whenever it matters. The deprioritizing is too much
It's gotten a lot worse since the company sold. I used to be able to use my phone sometime at work, it sucks for all phones, but now I barely ever can.
Deprioritizing in conjested areas of Atlanta make it nearly unusable. Like good luck using it around Atlanta Airport.

Mint Mobile is hot trash. If I could unleash the wrath of the Klingons on them, I'd do so in a heartbeat.

Negative stars

1. Poor, clueless, and largely unhelpful customer support
2. International calling and roaming just doesn't work, no matter how freaking hard you try. I was on and off with customer support for 8 damn hours. Paid the $30-$50/mo for literal nothing
3. No reimbursements or credits for failed service, which is often

It's an MVNO. Get anything else. Ryan Reynold's made his money.

Update: this has nothing to do with T-Mobile's service, which is pretty good (I loved from ATT)

Have you tried Metro $30/mo plan?

Mint is suppose to be TMo Tier 3, at ball games your get zervice. Most days 180 down, 20 up. Honestly its only worth it for $15/mo 40GB plan

while TMo is Tier 1, works at Coachella and twice the price.
Metro is the Tier 2.

My friend said his mint phone becomes borderline unusable in crowded areas and not that crowded areas. Said it's gotten to the point where it's not worth the lower price anymore

Just switched to mint. Waiting for US Mobile to go on sale for a single line. I don't know what's going on, but every carrier wants to sign up 2 -5 lines per order, and it's pissing me off.

Did anyone purchase $90 wallet and get $45 credit? I saw mixed comments here.
