Who did? BK has not filed for bankruptcy, some franchisees did last year and they shuttered some stores but BK as a company isn't going anywhere.

Walmart+ continues to be a great subscription, well worth the annual fee.

Free grocery delivery. Free paramount+. Extra discounts and coupons. Cheaper gas.

Ours even has a special WM+ lane in the brick and mortars, not like I actually go inside though…

I have both and think they're complementary, but if I had to choose one or the other, it would honestly be Walmart+, at least at the $50 regular discount annual rate, probably also at the $100 rate. Grocery delivery and item pricing is the biggest upside over Amazon. If you don't use that, you'd have to look at the other perks and decide. The free delivery for store and site products is most similar to Amazon, and Walmart has a great selection, most things you need are there. But inevitably there will be some things Amazon has that Walmart doesn't.

With BK you can use one promo code every hour. What you will see is that there are better deals on offers tab without the 25% off deal. For example just fries maybe be free with any purchase or onion rings only $1 or $1.49. On Wednesday whopper day $3 can be better by itself instead of using 25% off from W+.

Walmart+ offers 3 exclusive perks: 1) 90 days returns on most things, unlike 30 days for Amazon; 2) Free pickup of returns so you didn't have to go to UPS/USPS; 3) Free same day delivery if there's a Walmart near you.

Walmart+ has other benefits too, including gas and streaming media.

Most of these benefits don't apply to me so I'm sticking to Amazon.
