Damn. I just bought an open box for $318 from Best Buy. I'd return and buy this but somehow it came with 3 years of AppleCare+ (no idea how and 2 is only option I've ever seen). 🤣

Might want to call Apple and confirm ownership. Apple offers three year and four year AppleCare+ options for education.

Meh deal. It is still the older iPad with 3GB RAM albeit 256GB storage. I would say, wait for the new generation announcement in two weeks and then the inevitable price drop of the iPad 10th gen. It may get around $250 or less during the holiday season.
