Thanks the double stack batteries is dead, waited too long, but I honestly didn't need the other tool and it wasn't on sale.

I would rather have the 3/8" myself.
This impact does not come in 3/8". The torque this puts out is well above what any 3/8" on the market does. There might be a reason as a 3/8" anvil may break. Look at the dcf923 atomic 3/8". Very good impact as well and smaller then this

You're asking what's most likely your average DIY to hammer in a nail with a sledge hammer. Just a complete and unnecessary overkill to go with a high torque. If someone needs a high torque, they most likely already have a mid torque and absolutely only use the high torque when needed.
The better DCF900B is only $35 more and 2x the power...I DISAGREE WITH YOU!!!

I suggest everyone gets a high/ultra torque version instead. When I did a car work a few weeks ago, none of my mid torque wrench worked for a couple of rusted bolts except using the high torque version I bought for removing the crank bolt. I was thinking it was not a good buy just to remove one bolt. Now I loved it so much because it saved me so much time when dealing with the actual work.
I just use a breaker bar. $15 at harbor freight

Yeah lots of fun trying to break rusted axle nut with HF breaker bar. It acts like a spring and bends and then snaps back to shape but the axle nut hasn't moved...

I had this, and I have the Ryobi, which can break over 1000 ft/lbs of torque. I gave this to my dad. I'm not sure if he's ever used it, though. I just used the Ryobi to swap wheels on my Tesla, and it took the lugs off no problem, much more easily than having to use my breaker bar.
When I tried to do the same with my Dewalt, it didn't work. Couldn't break the lugs free.

You can get a better model at bigronline (after signing up). It's going for $99 + free 5 battery (you'll have to buy a cheap item for $100+ free shipping). You get two batteries and a free bag if you add another bare tool (e.g. their discounted heavy duty grinder).
wow its like $103 shipped with a filler and its the the DCF900, how are they selling it this cheap? I wasnt even planning on getting one and am seriously considering it lol

Nope. To 129 ft lbs. I was not impressed by the dewalt.
And most of my tools are dewalt, with a smattering of Ryobi that I use with battery adapters.

yea thats a good deal too. I already have multiple chargers though, and probably would never use the boot. Hell I dont even need the wrench but at $100 with a battery I could sell if I wanted its hard to pass up.
