I bought two of these flip bottle from woot for $15 before doing my search. Seems like a lot of people have trouble with the lid breaking quite easily or leaking after some time. Just something to be aware of. I read a lot of reviews stating this, and of course the bottle is useless without the lid working.

I returned mine, so no real world experience.

I was considering that flip top but shipping puts it right back to the regular price. Some of the reviews state that the their lid has broken and it's not covered under warranty. Going to pass.

Lots of comments about breakage. Stanley is no longer the brand it was. Once was about durability and quality, now its a lifestyle / style brand catering to youngish women. Thats fine and clearly they're selling a lot. It's just not what it was though, and we'll see if like many 'style' brands, they go quickly out of style as young women move on.

Stanley warranty doesn't cover anything but the metal. And it seems everything but the metal breaks in a year. Best to go with a cheaper brand. That iron flask thing is $20 for 64 oz and down after that, and it comes with 3 lids that you can break.

Not that good of a deal. Or at least not as good as Academy's 4th of July sale prices. The 36oz quick flip was $18 and had a bunch more colors to choose from.
