FWIW My Q3 came with the Elite strap (costco deal).
Yesterday tried a Kiwi confort battery head strap. Then ordered mine from anazon for $40. ($49 - 20% coupon).
Kiwi was more comfortable, did not notice any heavier than Elite with a 5000 mah extender battery plugged in.
