damn. i JUST switched to visible, but from something else. if you have amex business platinum, you can get $10 off every month meaning it will cost you $5 a month for this plan. extra slick
Their basic plan was unusable for me(hard to get service in Los Angeles since youre deprioritized).
Their upgraded plan is great tho.
If you live in a large metropolitan area, you will constantly be deprioritized and suffer low data speeds on this particular plan. Consider this more of a backup option for that scenario.

You can think whatever you want but Visible has clawed back promos before so this wouldn't be a first. For everyone's sake I hope they don't, but it's a definite possibility. Sometimes support can find a way to help people who get their promo yanked but plenty of times they can't.
it's not the end of the world if they do i will move on

If Visible cancels later, will it at least give time to switch to another carrier?

it already says first bill is $15 to be paid when activated
when we get our second bill it should say $15 or $25
i don't think they would cancel in the middle of a cycle i've never had that happen
i would say if they cancel it will be before activation after that we are in the system

Currently paying 88$ with Tmobile one but I have 2 subsidized phones locked with 18mo left. If I switch and PIF I'll lose all the credits.

I currently spend $10-$12(2-3g data) a month on US Mobile, so this deal seems really good.

Can I activate and use esim at first and then change it to psim later?

I paid my US Mobile bill for next month yesterday, but can I just buy a Visible plan and transfer my phone number after 3-4 weeks?

I received my physical sim card today and activated it. I tested the speed (in the north Dallas area) and it's about 25-35mbps down on average and about 5-8 mbps up which is fine for me because I have never really used my phone for the internet that much in the past anyway. I'm coming from a 2GB/mo plan on Tello Mobile which was alot faster, but I didn't use it very much with the 2GB limit. So I probably won't notice any difference. 25-35 mbps down is fast enough to stream videos and music which is about the most data intense usage for me anyway. But it will be nice having the unlimited data for a change and not have to worry about running out. I'm satisfied with the service so far. Time will tell I guess.

I was charged the initial $15/mo today and the billing section in the app shows that I'll be charged $15 on 9/29/24. So I should be good to go with the new plan unless they claw back the discount somehow. I'll know more on 9/29/24 I guess.

They won't cancel you they'll just drop the discount, if anything.
