The Deco supports a higher theoretical max speed on the 5ghz band but I doubt you will be able to get that, and it depends on the ability of your receiver. Plus, operating in mesh mode will reduce speeds since each satellite node needs to dedicate time to communication with other nodes. In a tri band setup like with the Linksys this is less of an issue since you can dedicate one 5ghz radio to that node to node communication.
The Linksys also has a large amount of RAM and storage since it was designed for enterprise. I'm doubtful the Deco is so powerful.
One unknown is actual radio performance per router. However given that the original retail price of a single one of the Linksys routers is the same as 3x of the Decos, I'm gonna guess that the Linksys is probably better.
Finally, obviously the Decos don't have any custom firmware development.
So, aside from official mesh support, I think the Linksys is probably the better choice. If OpenWRT or DD-WRT matures for the Linksys, it will be an even better deal.

Was able to order 2 (1 for me, 1 for family) and just don't want to pay the higher price plus tip for an item I will return due to the higher price.
I would daily check the networking page instead of that deal page which may change

They actually have to factory refurb the LN1301 because it comes with a custom firmware.
So they have to open each box and flash a generic firmware instead.
There is probably a limit to how many they can do each week.
They all ship from that same one seller regardless where they are bought so there has to be a limited pipeline.
I've seen things pop back on woot repeatedly in a year, sellout, relist, sellout, relist.
My only gripe is they shipped it via UPS ground cross-country which typically does not end well, I hope it is packed well because that circuit board is going to get quite a workout and cook in the trucks.
