My local Lowe's has more tools advertised then the weekly ad that was posted online. One of the tools is the DCL074. Buying this deal, the 5Ah Powerstack and the DCL074, makes each item $99.50. I was able to return the battery and keep just the DCL074 for $99.50 which has not been on sale for a while!

Did you buy online or in-store? The online cart seems to leave the light at full price and the battery shows free.

Same here for me on line. But seemed like he bought it in store. Does anyone know if this put out daytime light or that yellowish light?

Can confirm that the Lowe's hacks have only worked when bought in store. Online receipt basically shows as one line item and have to keep our return booth items, no in-between.

The hack worked for me in store! Good deal if these are in stock in your area.

Be aware that the DCL074 comes in Type 1 and Type 2 variants. Type 2 lacks a tripod mount but includes a sturdier hook mount that retracts fully into the light's housing.

This worked for me. Went into store, purchased both light and battery, was able to return the battery later. Good deal.
