I still love the Action 2 because it's so tiny and light, but the Action 4 dynamic range, low light, and audio quality are all tremendously improved.
I need one but will wait for the BF deal and hope to see a better one to get rid of my GoPro! or who knows, may be auction 5 is out by then!

There was a time that GoPro was so popular and so demanding that others (I didn't say DJI!) were thinking of stopping certain manufacturing divisions and get back to basic of their DNA. It was told DJI sold brand new action 4 under Refurb title and status just to be able to bring the price down (Without farther insult) so much that they can empty their dusting inventory shelves. In between there were some who bought an item and return without opening the box or somehow did open but the mere temptation of bigger, better Name (I didn't say GoPro) made them to return, thus some of this quality was also mixed in the total inventory. The majority of people I saw including a lot of documented ones here on SD, all indicated to receive a brand-new unit in original new package that was never opened!
Like some, I was stupid enough to think Refurb is something that make you burn in hell!
