ah yes, I've always wanted to store kitchen spices on an electrical outlet. Thanks Sharper Image!
I picked one up today. Couple observations

Store showed 20+ in stock online but I searched for a long time before I found one (of 2) back by the ceiling light fixtures. It was not marked on clearance but had the original $35 price tag. No doubt why it was very dusty, but it rang up for the 8.93 that it showed online.
It's not in a box, it's in a cardboard surrounded bubble pack that's much larger than you'd think and will stand out if you manage to find it.
It is UL listed and has the actual holographic label on it as proof
It does have a center screw, which is essential to me
The USB ports are 5v/2.1A (total) - very low and no longer something you'd want to use as you daily charger
It's big, even without the shelf
It'll cover your outlet no problem but it's not the type that will mount flush to the wall around your outlet cover and you won't want to mount it without the cover in place
Its made of the finest Chinesium.
I bought a 3 pack of these a while ago because I wanted to free up some counterspace in the bathrooms. Unfortunately the spacing between the receptacles on GFCI outlets is a little wider than other outlets, so it didn't fit on those plugs. Only 1 bathroom had a non-GFCI outlet that was downstream from another GFCI where I could use this product.
I realize I could switch all the circuits over to GFCI breakers in the panel, but that's a lot more money and work.

EDIT: I was mistaken. The reviews say this version only plugs into one receptacle, meaning it might be a little loose if you have decora outlets and can't use the center screw, but at least it should fit your GFCI outlets.

Are you saying you are able to order for sale price thru the app?

I can only see store stock but can't order. Anyone know how accurate the website is for store stock? Also, is this a hunting exercise or will it be on the shelves in the appropriate section?

If the link does not work for you, just google "Sharper Image socket shelf home depot" to locate the item on homedepot.com

I found it at the end of an aisle amongst a bunch of other items that were on clearance. Comes with a 3 headed plug (lightning, micro, and C). Also has a built-in night light that we do not use. We picked it up for $10 last month

Got one a few weeks ago...works fine but any weight on it and it'll start pulling away from the outlet.. there is no way to secure it to the wall, just uses the friction of the outlet.

Usually HD will have a clearance section (back end caps of the store) or it might be in the electrical aisle section just marked on clearance.
