Yes. But maybe they will actually ship these instead of just taking everyone's money.

Just keep copies of all your receipts.
Like I said, it's pretty unlikely an average person even gets 'selected' for an audit.
Unfortunately it wasn't odd, they did it to nearly everyone. Someone said they took thousands of orders, and then put the orders in to have them made in china, so they had to wait for them to be produced, and then shipped from china to their warehouse here. But they changed everyone and sent out fake tracking numbers. Very sketchy.
Charge up to 99%, then after about 5-6 days would be down to 10-15% with no load that whole time.
I ended up sending it back. Kind of defeats the purpose of its not holding a charge. Kind of a bummer because I do like the overall build of these and the app is nice.

Japanese website says much lower specs than the Delta 3.
I'm hoping they don't launch this in the US and call it a Delta 3 plus. More like the old Delta 2.
