Seems like the previous gen since 13th gen Intel chip, though I think the current chassis is the same, and I would think it's technically a "Pro 7i" because of the Intel processor, but the listing says "7" so maybe the 'i' is a new thing, I haven't been following these for too long.
In any case, seems like a very nice price for a 4080 laptop!!
RAM is upgradeable.
