No, it is lower clocked 5800x3d. About 5% slower in gaming but probably best bang for the buck if still on am4. The NVME included is a budget 1TB DRAM less, not worth the advertised $70. I think with this combo it probably matches to the micro-center pricing of $189.99 for just the 5700x3d by it self, so if you don't have access to a microcenter, this combo is pretty good. In the past newegg has done 5700x3d with 32gb of ram for $183 back in July, that was a pretty killer deal if you needed RAM or could sell it.

I have a 5600x paired with a 6950xt (it was originally with a less-lopsided 3070) on my 4k tv for couch gaming.

Would moving to the 5700x3d be worth it? I'm leaning yes, I've watched a few benchmarks but curious if anyone is close to my specific use-case

Not apples to apples, but this might help you decide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F...oac&t=547s
I'm also on a 5600x, but only a 7700xt, so for me there's there's not really a point in upgrading my cpu alone. For you there will be more benefit, but I would also ask if you are going to use the included SSD, if not, maybe wait and look for a deal on the 5600X3D or 5800X3D, or another deal on a standalone 5700X3D, as others have said, it's dropped to ~$180.

Yeah I'd use the SSD, I have a dual enclosure for a 3.5" that can backup to a nvme drive and I still haven't gotten the nvme ha!
