I called in and tried to make a warranty claim but was told this product was discontinued, just return it. When I protested and said I didn't want to return it because it was on sale and the seller was OOS, I was told they could only replace with a fan comparable to what I paid. Which isn't how warranties are supposed to work. They don't warranty the product, they warranty what you spent. I will never ever buy a product from Vornado again.

Was hoping oscillation was there, not having one on a tower fan is unheard of.
