My favorite Dove hand/bath soap, compared to Dove Sensitive Skin or Dove MEN + CARE. This is not the cheapest the 14 pack has been in the last 2 years, but close. 42 bars should last many years and fortunately doesn't go bad.

I use dove soap but do you really think this will last "many" years? I find the bars unless your really careful don't last very long in the shower. Maybe if your doing the milliary shower style I guess.

Same. I use dove soaps, but in summer, I take shower twice a day and my bar soaps don't last long. I don't think I've tried cucumber and green tea. Been just buying sensitive skin dove soap from costco.

I tend to agree. Although I like them and did buy more from this deal, it seems like if the Dove bars are anywhere close to where they get wet while showering (aside from using them) they "melt" into whatever is being used to hold them. After a while, I am pretty sure you could scrape enough of the leftovers into a full bar lol. The other issue I have noticed is the moisturizers from the soap tend to act as an oil that gets absorbed into the ceramic tile in our shower creating spots that are difficult to clean. Both issues are a mess to cleanup regardless...

For sure... bar soaps these days all seem to melt quicker than I remember. It's a big soap conspiracy hehe. I also got in on the deal but maybe I'll try to be more cautious of using it directly in stream in the shower.

Have you tried distilled vinegar to clean your shower? It does wonders for hard stains and mold. The vinegar smell goes away after a day or 2. A really cheap and effective way to get some of the gunk out.

^^^ We've been using Dove bar soap exclusively for the last few years and I have to agree that the bar soap turns into 'silly putty' in no time at all.
