OK, so some clarity on this deal.
tl;dr bad deal and not worth it.
I have redeemed and used it already, so here was my experience:

You pay the amount, in my case the $36 for the $60 "arcade card". An arcade card is different than a gift card as people have implied.

You then get emailed a PDF for redemption instructions. In short, you have to use the link in the pdf, then enter your name and email address (which I assume has to match your order) and the redemption code. You will then get a second email that has a link to the actual QR codes that you will use. They will not be enclosed in the email, you have to go to a site again via the second email. Again you have to enter your email address at this site.

Each QR code is worth $20. However they restrict it so you have to get $20 worth of chips and cannot combine the monetary value for a higher package nor can you pay the difference. At my location that is 100 chips for the $20. So for example, you want to get the $100 package for more chips per dollar. They will not let you do that. It MUST be $20 each in separate transactions. You can use all three on one card on the same day, but you are locked into buying $20 packages. So, since you pay $36 for 300 chips (again this amount may vary by location) it is 12 cents per chip. Also, this cannot be applied to food, drink, or non-arcade activities like pool or shuffle board. If you are a rewards member, you can get more for your money just in the app. Totally not worth the trouble and very restrictive. Thumbs down on the deal.

Also, for those asking, you cannot redeem anything like this, coupons, etc. on Wednesdays because games are half off, but they cannot stop you from redeeming it any other day, and you just come back on a Wednesday. Chips (their nomenclature for money or credits) do not have different value nor are they changed at any time.

T-Mobile runs these promotions for D&B all the time using this website. I've done it three or four times. Legit and delivers within minutes.

Can this be used on half price Wednesdays? I had issues redeeming those $20 cards for $12 deals on Wednesdays.

EDIT : Not valid with any other offers, including Half Price Games Wednesdays or any Half Price Game promotion.

They give you 3 QR code and make you redeem $20 per visit. Expires 10/31. What a scam!

I think this is a good deal. $36 for $60 to spend DB chips. You will need to ask the worker to redeem the codes 3 times and add it to your power card since it's a bundle of 3 $20 gameplay credits. You should be able to redeem in the same day (I got it through T-Mobile deal and redeemed 2 codes on same visits, the Manager was not happy and gave an attitude). At the end, the $60 game play credits will equal or close to $300 chips (varies by location). So you are getting $0.12 per chip ($36 divide by 300). For example, the highest recharge bundle at my DB is $115 for 780 chips which equals to $0.147, higher than this deal. Even with buying $100 gift card from Costco for $80. My cost will still be $0.12 per chip. Not the greatest deal, but a good one, as long as you are able to redeem multiple codes in the same day at your location.

I'm taking three boys to D&B for my son's birthday. This seems like a good deal to get all three $40 in gameplay ($120 value) for $72 total.

Can anyone with more D&B experience than I advise if this is a good deal for that purpose? Can I get $40 in play per card in a more efficient way?

Will this work at Main Event since they are owned by D&B?

How can they tell if you add it to a gamecard?

Why wouldn't it work? D&B just lowers the cost of each game on Wednesdays doesn't it?
you have to go on any other day to load from the barcode to a D and B card. It can then be used on a Wednesday

They won't let you load it on your game card on Wednesdays. But you can load it on a different day and use it on Wednesday. Just can't redeem the coupon on Wednesdays.

Can anyone confirm what part of this deal is "promotional?" It says the "Promotional Arcade Card value," expires 10/31/2024. Does that just mean I need to load it on a PowerCard by that date and the chips will never expire? Or, are the chips they load considered "Promotional Chips" like bonus chips or chips earned from food and beverage purchases (which apparently do expire??)?

Sorry for the newbie questions. I've never been to Dave & Buster's. They just opened a brand-new store near me.

I'm regretting my purchase of $60. It seems like it might be a pain in the butt to redeem:

So I received 3 x $20 cards that need to be scanned (can't be added to the app). If you can only do one a day that means I need to go 3 times before 10/31?! That's not going to happen.
Only one offer per guest, per day. Not individual codes/credits. You'll notice in the terms at the bottom they state the total amount you bought ($60), and the top of the sheet they label the entire page an "offer" (like how they call Half Price Wednesdays an "offer"). Basically, you can't buy multiple of these and come in on the same day. $60 is the max.

^^ammunition in case they challenge you on it. They don't really define what an "offer" is. Seems like folks aren't having trouble redeeming all 3 QR codes at once, though.
