When do I need to activate my eGift Cards redeemed through Disney Movie Insiders by?
All Disney Gift Card eGifts redeemed through the Disney Movie Insiders program must be claimed via the link provided under My Rewards by December 17, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT. Failure to activate your gift card by this deadline will result in its expiration and forfeiture. No extensions, refunds, or replacements will be provided for lost, damaged, or inactivated gift card codes.

For redemption inquiries, our dedicated care team will be available to assist you until December 17, 2024, at 5:00 pm PT, for chat/live/phone support, and December 17, 2024, at 11:59 pm PT, for email inquiries.
What will happen to any points I have left after the "redeem by" deadline has passed?
Please note that all points accrued with Disney Movie Insiders will be forfeited upon program closure on December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT.
Can I combine or transfer my points to another member's account?
Points are non-transferrable: they cannot be combined with or gifted to another account.
Do not ask them to combine duplicate accounts, they will cancel one on the spot!
Can I get a refund for my reward if I'm unsatisfied?
All redemptions for rewards are considered final β no refunds. Limited replacements may be offered for damaged Items, subject to the deadline below. While replacements aren't guaranteed, our team will do their best to help, depending on what's in stock.

I have a tour booked through Disney Movie Insiders; how does this closure impact me?
Members who have booked tours through Disney Movie Insiders have received an email with details on the status of their reservations. We kindly ask you to check your inbox for further information. For additional inquiries, our dedicated support team is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your existing reservations.
If you have yet to book your redeemed tour, we kindly ask that you check your inbox for further information from our team. Please note that any studio tour that has not been scheduled by September 30th, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT will be automatically canceled and any points used for redeeming the reward will be refunded. You will then have until December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT to redeem such points.
How long will I be able to access my digital rewards?
You will be able to access your digital rewards on your Disney Movie Insiders account until December 3rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT. You must download any rewards you wish to keep prior to this date.

Although there are some unidentified USPS Informed Delivery alerts showing RED STAG FULFILLMENT LLC and another from A C I.
Possible to check your order history if still shows processing after shipped? AND if either of those vendors show up on USPS tracking details?
Will send email or chat with Disney CSR next week if still show processing. I get they may be overwhelmed with redemptions, but a simple note on the system would help considering how sudden this whole closure was and announced.

The return label showed coming from Disney movie rewards in Wisconsin
This is from USPS tracking page and all 3 showed shipped from the same place.
Still no updates on my last 2. They were my 1st and 3rd ordered items FYI.
I expect them to go fast, as two new collectables are already OOS.
Unfortunately no new stuff for the under 6500 pt crowd.

well duh. you shut down a rewards program that's been going on for 18 yrs with no advance planning and expect people not to redeem their accumulated points in the small time frame given?
