I have had this chair for over a year. It does not have a way to control the timing more than 20 minutes. Every 20 minutes you have to put in a new program otherwise at times you out. Other than that, the heating and massage are good and the calf massage And the LED lights are good

I think original price was actually $99,999.00!!

Please don't fall for this marketing.

Your own research and price comparisons will be so much more valuable.

So tired of these games where prices are inflated so far above what's even rational just in an effort to show you how much of a deal you're getting.

In for one.

No purchaser is falling for the marketing price. It's for when you tell you spouse that you got it for 50% off and can reference something (to help you stay out of trouble)

I ordered an Osaki massage bed from another deal. The instructions for connecting the footrest were low res and unclear. There is no YouTube tutorial or any guide.
I reached out to their support for help on setup and zero response. Terrible customer service.

Bought Osaki less than 3 years ago. Leather on the legs and back is ripping because of fake leather. Contact customer service because covers are removable and I want to buy replacement, got response a week later telling me the chair is discontinued/no more part. The chair is less than 3 years old and still under warranty =/

Got my Osaki years back (pre-covid) and it's still going strong. I want a larger couch and it's in the way but I cannot let it go lol

Does anyone have this? One the fence rn. I wanna know how strong the massaging rollers are (specifically the back and lumbar) because I want to be able to control how soft it can go. Prefer softer than harsher. TIA

Hello, then I dont recommend this. This is a great chair if your taller + need Stronger massage. Massage chairs have starting point of its intensity. and this one is for strong massage. people with 5'4+ can sit on this chair. but for 6'0 they should definitely get this chair as there are no other that accommodates well as this one. nevertheless.
