As mentioned, don't buy this as a Main TV. They do crap out sooner than regular TVs due to their design and the heat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w...L&index=95

1. Matte screen designed to display artwork.
2. Available bezels snap on. They look great.I use the white one on my 65"
3. Comes with flush mount
4. One Connect box connected by thin fiber is very convenient.
5. Very finicky solar remote that will brick itself for no reason.
6. No Dolby Vision support.

Yea asking that question means one does not understand what/who this product is for. This is a home decor item. This is not meant to be one's main TV in the house for movie watching or video game playing. Its a huge, purpose built digital picture frame. That said, In the room I have my 65" Frame TV, sometimes it displays pictures, sometimes it's got trippy video effects going and sometimes it's playing Love, Death and Robots or some other background badass show while the buddies and I are drinking and playing pool. For that purpose, its awesome and there's nothing quote as nice/cool. Most people are blown away when I turn it on as they didnt even realize there was a screen there!

Thanks for the helpful link. Rtings does good TV reviews and I trust their findings. I do wonder how these edge lit LCD TVs compare to W-OLED panels from LG.

Hisense CanvasTV and TCL Nxtframe are now competing matte tvs with artwork. All super thin tvs like these three are edge lit led which seems to have greater failure rate.

thanks for the info - those are still expensive but hopefully stronger competition will drive prices down by BF

I agree. I purchased this in 2020 with the beveled edge frame combo deal because I thought it looked like a possibly great TV to watch and look at when "quietly" displayed as a fake painting on the wall. Two (2) years later something failed where it looped in an on and off positioned with the "Samsung Frame" logo flashing until I just unplugged it because it was unusable.

I've never had any other TV do that and so I advise to others that: sometimes looks aren't always what they seem.

FYI, the actual product I purchased was:

Just for Samsung's sh**ty marketing gimmick of naming this crap QLED to intentionally cause customer confusion against OLED, I will never buy.
