You can go to target circle and click on "partners" and see the offer is still available.
However, when I tried to use it, Apple returned an error saying "You're not eligible for this offer as you've already redeemed a similar offer previously".
So it seems like apple is getting wise to people use these over and over.
It looks like they are even cracking down on getting 3 months free with a new device, we just upgraded to a new Apple Tv. and even that did not allow us to get 3 months free anymore.
Subscriptions for the Student plan are not currently supported on the web. You can sign up for an Individual plan, or use the Apple Music app on one of your devices to sign up for a Student plan.
