Citizen and some other dive watchmakers put the crown on the left for two reasons:

1. It is more difficult to damage the crown
2. You can adjust it without taking the watch off (if you are right handed)

If you wore that on your right arm, or would still be easier to access.

I was refunded a citizen purchase from this seller. Chronograph didn't work. Brand new. Wouldn't chance it imo.
