So we bought this last time it was on sale. Great vacuum but does not stand upright on its own. If you can be careful it's great but one fall it's toast. They did replace the bin free so that was nice.

It says NEW, not used, not refurbished.

Bought one awhile ago, came with 2 batteries and can't finish the floors of a 1600 sq ft mobile home. Can't stand upright on its own, have to lean it up against something.
